Contacting us
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, message, and any company or budget details you choose to provide. We use these details to review your request, discuss the project and respond to you. The website sends the enquiry to our team’s Telegram chat through a bot. Replies to that bot are not forwarded to you; we respond using the email address you provide.
You can also email ilyos@appxgroup.uz. Email sent to this address is forwarded using Cloudflare Email Routing to the team’s email inbox. Please avoid including passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal records in your enquiry.
Hosting and spam protection
Vercel hosts the site and processes the contact request. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse when the form is prepared. These providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information and request details to operate and secure their services. The form uses a random request reference and a temporary server-side rate limit to help manage retries and abuse.

Optional website analytics
Google Analytics loads only if you choose to allow analytics. It helps us understand which pages are useful and which visits lead to an enquiry. We measure page views, contact-link interactions and successful form submissions. We do not include your name, email address, company or message in analytics events. Google may process device, browser and interaction information and use analytics cookies.
You can use the whole website and contact form without analytics. Choose to change your preference. Declining stops further analytics collection from this site; it does not erase data Google already received. Your preference is stored in this browser. Google’s privacy policy explains its processing.
Access, retention and your choices
Our team uses enquiry information for the conversation and any resulting project relationship. Enquiries can remain in our Telegram and email history; hosting and security providers manage their technical records under their own policies. We have not implemented automatic deletion of enquiry messages. Providers may process information outside your country.
To request access, a correction or deletion of enquiry information, or to ask a privacy question, email ilyos@appxgroup.uz. Tell us the email address used for the enquiry so we can locate it. We may need to confirm that the request relates to you. Some records may need to remain where necessary for an ongoing project, dispute or legal obligation.
